Hilton San Francisco Financial District

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring San Francisco. It is close to a BART station for airport transport & 15 mons walk from the Ferry Building. There are also bus stops close by with buses that get you Fishermans Wharf. The room was great size with with a very comfortable bed.

Originally I wasn't sure about the location but it turns out it was an easy walk to great restaurants, the Ferry Building, Union Square and Chinatown. We had a wonderful view of Coit Tower and the bay from our room. And the on-site parking gave us in-and-out privileges, making it easy to drive to the Muir Woods and around the Bay Area.

The guest care coordinators could learn a little from the housekeeping! Super cute Chinese lady cleaning the rooms was so warm and nice. she said good morning and just looked like she was grateful to have a job. I’ve I stayed here 3 times in 2020 while visiting my sick father, and I don’t know it was was covid or whats going on, but I hope that San Francisco isn’t becoming NYC with an attitude. (Smile more!) Hotels location is always great. Great Cantonese food. The best Vietnamese sandwich I’ve ever had in my life around the corner. Walking to North Beach and Embarcadero. I will say it’s all cleaner than Intercontental in SoMa.

Best night sleep in such a comfy bed with amazing pillows. Fabulous views across the bay from 10th floor. So clean and all new facilities. Asked for plug for bath and one arrived very quickly . Ice bucket on corridor great as bought nice wine to have. Coffee machine was good. Replenished each day. Check in and out really friendly and professional. Really great hotel experience. Restaurant good, relaxed.

There is no words really - this hotel is amazing, consistent and is my go-to place for SF. Location is perfect, great food, cafes and shops around, easy to get to Union Square and the Muni’s nearby too. Staff checking me in were pleasant, always ready and swift; the hotel was super busy, but they handled it pretty well. The lobby and elevators were really busy, and it did take a while to get to my room - but it was expected since travel has picked up. Room was amazing - as usual. Great view, comfy beds, love how it was easy to store my luggage and stuff close to the door. Huge tele, lots of sockets, great lighting, loved the pillows and counter space was sufficient to unpack, organize, etc. Housekeeping were super sweet too, thanks guys! 😁 Can’t wait to come back! :)
